[Charania] Toronto's Kawhi Leonard is expected to miss a period of weeks due to swelling in his left knee, sources tell ESPN. MRI on Leonard's knee showed no structural damage, but sides will use the shorter term to ramp him back up after the stoppages during the offseason.

People should just treat this like the suspension that he obviously deserved lol.

He gets paid roughly $685,000 per game whether he plays or not. Kawhi's favorite thing in the world appears to be taking money while not needing to show up for work lol.

Let's be honest, who wouldn't like that?

When I get down on myself I consider my ancestors had to endure much worse than me for free. Kawhi found a way to get paid for work he doesn't do. Under the table.
That's surpassing even investing. Any passive income. Risk free. Tax free money collecting for work he never did. And I say risk free because he ended up paying like a 2% fine. Enron should've taken notes from Uncle Dennis back in the day.

Bro he didn't make it to the 3rd game.
After asking to go back into the 2nd one.
Absolute comedy.
We all know his knees are made out newspaper so it is what it is.

A lot of people on reddit seemed convinced that because he played 65 games last season, he was suddenly going to turn into an iron man for the rest of his career...when really, that just meant more mileage on bad tires.

We knew it was a When and not an If, but I did not think it would be two games in

I got downvotes saying he’s never finishing a playoff series again. It’s inevitable

I thought it will come in december. Not 4 games in.
17. u/attorneyatslaw · 2026-10-27 16:23 UTC
He only played 2 games.
